...a veteran-owned indie game studio built on grit, discipline, imagination, and the relentless pursuit of getting 1% better every day. 

Founded by Don McCoy, a solo developer with over 20 years of visual effects and digital art experience, the studio exists for one purpose:

Build legendary worlds one day at a time — through consistency, honesty, and never giving up.

What began as a personal challenge has grown into a full-scale creative pursuit. Every environment, character, mechanic, focusing on style, storytelling, and player-first design.

But he didn’t make it here alone.

Along the way, he has been supported by incredible friends — people who believed in him, challenged him, to "solve harder problems" and kept him moving when things got hard. Fighting Baby Dragons may be a one-man studio, but it was fueled by the people who stood beside him. Their support is part of this journey, and he carries it with him every day.

And there’s something more:

This project didn’t even start as my dream. It began as someone else’s — a friend’s vision that never got the chance to be realized. 

When their chapter ended, I picked it up and carried it forward. Because that’s what an Army for One does:

We fight for the people who believed in us.

We finish what they couldn’t.

We refuse to let their dreams die.

This game is living proof of that.

Our flagship title, An Army 4-1, blends survival adventure, mythic danger, and pin-up chaos into a world unlike anything else in indie gaming. 

It’s ambitious. It’s wild. It’s deeply personal. And every piece of it is built by a man who refuses to give up — not on himself, not on the dream, and not on the people who helped him get here.
